We are a solutions driven company, specialising in the 30-300 extension market, providing telecommunications solutions from simple stand alone systems through to complex Voice over IP networks incorporating distributed Contact Centre functionality.

Talkware has grown from three people when formed in 1998 to currently employing 20 staff advising and consulting to a vast corporate client base.

Having our own sales, service, installation and maintenance teams means our clients are dealing with only one company for their telecommunications hardware requirements.

Installation and Service

We have a very skilled technical team covering NEC systems from small Key Telephone systems through medium PABX systems to very large and sophisticated network systems. Our technical staff are certified by our suppliers. We maintain systems of all sizes.

Talkware employs two training staff offering pre and post installation product training for client staff. We also conduct specialist product training as refresher courses on our Contact Centre products. We also project manage larger installations. We also have contractors on call for busy periods as well as a specialist cabling company.

We perform service work on behalf of NEC NECARE and we sell our own service and maintenance packages.

Telstra

We are a Telstra Channel partner offering services from basic voice lines through to multi-line digital services, network provisioning and data services such as BigPond, ADSL, BDSL etc. We often work as the conduit between our client and Telstra.

Being a TBS Channel partner means we can include system hardware (phone system) on Telstra paperwork and the billing for the system gets included on the clients monthly Telstra bill.

IT Services

We have a growing IT Department assisting our sales team with VOIP solutions and Networks, as well as selling IT services and hardware. We sell and support the range of NEC Servers and Desktop machines available to us, as well as Enterasys and HP equipment through NEC. We also sell the Watchguard suite of firewall products.
